  1. The peristaltic action of the Quikspray®  Carrousel™ Pump and the related sprayguns with Q & Q flo-thru couplings have made it easy to apply difficult products at a more productive rate. This well designed system can pump many products that other pumps, like rotor/stator pumps, cannot pump. For example, glass and polypropylene reinforcing fibers can easily be formulated for spray application with the Carrousel Pump. Aggregate products, such as mason sand, quartz flake/sand, small stones, and pea-gravel, can also be formulated for spray application with the Carrousel Pump. Cement, plaster, underlayments, grouts, and epoxies – whether sprayed or just pumped – can be applied with many models of the Carrousel Pump because of the pump’s internal cleanliness design.
These key attributes allow heavy-bodied Commercial Coatings to be pumped and sprayed very successfully with the Carrousel Pump:
  • Peristaltic Pumping System
    • No material comes in contact with internal pump parts
    • Aggregates do not abnormally wear the pump or pumping tube
    • The system can run dry without any problems or pre-mature wear
    • Extremely easy to clean

  • Special Q & Q "Flo-Thru" couplings
    • Allows for easier flow of pumped material
    • Lower pumping pressures keep commercial coatings from aggregate segregation
    • Extremely ease to keep clean

  • Portability
    • Quikspray® three wheel/tire design allows for easy job mobility
    • Small enough to pass through 3'0" doorway
    • Power requirements are easy to obtain on most job sites
